Slow Summer with Rain and Heat

There isn't mutch happening around the Bishop house. This is hurry up and wait time, We are planning a trip to escape the heat and will have the house painted while we are away. Talk  about escape. !! But that front loads all the prep work and packing. To boot, I pulled a muscle in my back last week while cleaning up behind an A/C duct cleaning contractor.  So I laying low for today.

We went to the Straz Center to work "Dog sees God" In rhe Shinburg Theater last night.  We saw Melissa Etheridge last week. She did a 2:45 show non stop.  "CATS" is on tap for next week.

It is ironic, but the thought of cutting 500 calories out on my diet makes me hungry. Talk about self defeating behaviors. Lunch was just too hours ago . It the sitting around that is doing me in. Dick
